FRAMES 

 

• Frames are made of Aluminium
• 48mm dia x 2mm thick
• Powdercoated Black
• 2 Piece Poles (2.1 Sq and 3.0m Oct umbrellas)
• 30 x 20mm arm sections
• PVC Hubs top and bottom
• Plastic arm caps in all arms
• Push button release to seperate bottom pole from top section
• All frames give umbrellas and entry height of at least 2.2 metres

OPERATION

Sunranger Cafe Umbrellas use double rope and pulley system to open and close. When in the open position the umbrella is held in place with a locking pin. This pin is shaped to act as a hook to hold rope excess rope. This is proven system which is makes for easy operation.

 

INSTALLATION

 

Sunranger Umbrellas are very flexible when it comes to  can be installed.  It is recommended that Sunranger Umbrella be matched with Sunranger Baseplates.  Typically a 2.1m square umbrella would be matched with a 500mm square Sunranger Baseplate.  If the location is particularly windy then a 600mm square unit should be used and weightplates added. Sunrangers also come with the option of an inground sleeve system which is mandatory in some Council areas.

WARRANTY

 

	A 12 MONTH WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY applies to frame and fabric on all Sunranger Umbrellas.  Refer to Standard Warranty Terms for details.

PRINTING

Sunranger Cafe Umbrellas are ideal for branding and printing.  Spuncrylic Canvas is an ideal media for both Screen printing and Dye Sublimation.

Screen-printing is typically used for more simple logos are to be printed on the umbrellas such as a company name or one-two colour logo.  More colours can be printed however it starts to become expensive because of the cost to make each screen.

Dye Sublimation is a process suited to full colour printing.  It is superior to digital printing in that it give very crisp clean images and PMS colours can be very closely replicated.  When we print with Dye Sublimation we use a white canopy and then print it to what-ever colour or branding is required.  This gives a stunning result.  It is important to remember however that whilst the top side of the umbrella will be printed, the underside remains white.
